Over the last few years, C-NU rolled out four online bachelor’s degrees and five online graduate degrees. The BS in organizational leadership is ideal for working students looking to complete their degree quickly; the entire program can be completed in 18 months. Core courses include finance, economics, and marketing, as well as leadership in social change. Additionally, students can take electives such as human emotions and leadership, family systems theory, and diversity in the workplace.
For admission into the online organizational leadership degree, students need at least 48 transfer credits with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Of 34 of the 48 transfer credits should be in liberal arts. Students who have not completed the liberal arts requirements can substitute up to 16 credits from other programs. In order to graduate, students must complete at least 36 credits at C-NU. Online students gain access to the the student success center, career services, the online library, and the school’s counseling services. Information technology assistance is also available after standard business hours for online students.

Faith Evangelical College & Seminary was founded in 1969 to deliver education to orthodox Christian students in the Tacoma, Washington area. Bluefield College first opened its doors to students in 1922 in Bluefield, Virginia. In 1990, the Christ-centered school began offering accelerated degree completion programs. La Salle University has been educating students in Philadelphia for more than 150 years. The Catholic university now offers online programs such as the business-focused BA in organizational leadership. This program teaches students modern leadership practices such as social media marketing, analytics, and human resources management. The organizational leadership major consists of 11 courses, including a senior capstone project. Each class runs for seven weeks. Distance learners work through the major as a member of a cohort with other students that enrolled at the same time.
In order to earn the online organizational leadership degree, students need to complete 120 credits total, with at least half of the credits in the major acquired from La Salle University. Students must also maintain a 2.0 GPA. Both online and on-campus students at La Salle University are provided with excellent career services. Oral Roberts University is a Christian college in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The school offers more than 80 undergraduate programs, 12 graduate programs, and several fully online degrees, including a BS in leadership studies. This 128-credit degree includes lessons on different business practices as well as management theory, accounting, marketing, purchasing, and human resources management. For students with more than 60 transfer credits, there is an accelerated online degree completion option available. Each course in this program runs for seven weeks, and students can complete the degree in between 12 and 18 months.
To be considered for the organizational leadership degree online, applicants must have a high school GPA of 2.5 or higher. They must also have an ACT score of 20 or higher or an SAT score of 1020 or higher. All prior credits can be transferred into the program as long as the student achieved a grade of C of higher. Transfer students should have an overall GPA of 2.0. When online students apply, they are paired up with an enrollment counselor to help them through the registration process. Online students also have access to career services, counseling services, and the writing center.

Bethel University is one of the oldest institutions of higher education in Tennessee. Located in McKenzie, the university has been delivering education to nearby students for over 175 years. The school has expanded its offerings to include online programs such as the BS in organizational leadership. This 128-credit degree provides students with knowledge in consumer behavior and leadership theory. Founded in 1959, California Lutheran University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees at several different locations, including its 225-acre main campus in Thousand Oaks. The online bachelor’s in organizational leadership includes 40 senior-level credits in business administration, psychology, and religion, as well electives in communications and ethics. Founded in 1851 in Jefferson City, Tennessee, Carson-Newman University is steeped in history and tradition. However, the Christian university is also an innovator in education. Over the last few years, C-NU rolled out four online bachelor’s degrees and five online graduate degrees. The BS in organizational leadership is ideal for working students looking to complete their degree quickly; the entire program can be completed in 18 months. Faith Evangelical College & Seminary was founded in 1969 to deliver education to orthodox Christian students in the Tacoma, Washington area. More recently, the institution introduced online degree programs, including the BA in leadership, to accommodate students from around the country. Students in the Tacoma area are welcome to create a hybrid degree by combining on-campus classes with online study. Fisher College was founded with the mission of providing immigrants with the chance to earn a quality education. In 1975, the Division of Accelerated and Professional Studies was created with locations throughout the state to help older adults advance their education. This division expanded in 1998 to include online programs. Bluefield College first opened its doors to students in 1922 in Bluefield, Virginia. In 1990, the Christ-centered school began offering accelerated degree completion programs. One of the earliest and most popular online programs is the bachelor’s degree in management and leadership. With classes in strategic planning, research, team building, and change management, the 126-credit hour degree prepares students for leadership positions in any industry. As many as 94 transfer credits can be applied to a degree as long as the general education requirements have been met.
